The ABRHS and Westford Academy marching bands joined together to perform the National Anthem before the start of the traditional Thanksgiving Day football game. Both bands shared snacks, cider donuts, and drinks after their halftime performances. It was a beautiful day for making music and watching football.

It takes a village to move a marching band! Watch our parent volunteers help the AB Band at Wakefield move instruments and equipment at the MICCA preliminary event on October 16. Attention Saxes, Trumpets, Euphoniums, Horns, and Guard families—You’re scheduled to bring snacks this week. Because no snacks were served at MICCA, we have an abundance of snacks to use for this coming week. PLEASE DON’T BRING SNACKS on October 22 or 24. Hospitality will reassign your snacks for the November events. Thank you to the other band families for the generous donations of snacks for the kids.

The ABRHS Marching Band has a busy weekend ahead, with a football game on Friday night and MICCA Preview show on Saturday.
Flute families will be providing snacks for Friday night. Trombone, Tuba, and Drum Major families will provide snacks on Saturday. Refer to the band snack schedule for details.
